Bio for Corporate and Non-Profit Events
Tom's exciting stage presence is an asset for those events designed to showcase the artist. His skill on soprano, alto and tenor saxophones as well as flute and keyboards thrills audiences of all ages and ethnic backgrounds. His live band blends elements of jazz, Latin, funk and R&B to create a sound that is distinctive, innovative and appealing. In these settings, Tom's show ranges from a performance for a captive audience to a repertoire of "oldies," grooves and R&B favorites sure to get the crowd up dancing. Tom has performed at numerous corporate events for a variety of clients including Tiffany's, Saks Fifth Avenue, Ford Motor Company, Verizon, Time Warner, MBNA, Doubletree Hotels, The Dallas Zoo, the Dallas Museum of Art and the American Jazz Museum. He has also been a featured guest for various social, civic, service and non-profit organizations such as The Links, the National Association of Black MBA's, Jack and Jill, Operation Oasis and Dare to Dream.
