On Sunday, July 13, at 3:00 p.m., Tom will celebrate the launch of his new CD in Houston at the home of Russ & Linda Stalters (602 Pink Azalea Trail). The event is open to the public. First Trip to Japan Was Amazing!

New Album Coming in July
The time is almost here! Tom Braxton's long-awaited new album, The Next Chapter, is set to be released this July on the Pacific Coast Jazz label. The CD features guitarist Peter White and Grammy winners Bob James, Earl Klugh, and Ricky Lawson. Tom is showcased on soprano, alto, and tenor saxophones, as well as flute and keyboards. He also served as producer, writer, and arranger on most of the material. However, he did have production assistance from "the drummer to the stars," the late Ricky Lawson. The Next Chapter presents Braxton at his best from up-tempo grooves to reflective ballads. When listening to this record, it's easy to feel the love, joy, and positive energy that is inherent in the music. There is something here for all jazz fans!
