New Album Coming Soon
Tom has been spending long hours in the studio this month working on his new album to be released in 2014. He recently cut tracks in Los Angeles, CA at the studio of Ricky Lawson, legendary drummer and Grammy winner. Musicians included Ricky, bassist C.C. Thomas and keyboardist Kim Hansen. In Houston, TX, Tom had a session with vocalist Gianna and engineer Patty Sanders at Sanders Sound Studio. This week, he recorded with a fantastic horn section at Patrick McGuire Recording Studio in Arlington, TX. Tom led the way on tenor sax and was joined by his son, Ian Braxton (baritone sax); Pete Branham (alto sax); Larry Spencer (trumpet); Don Bozman (trombone); and Patrick McGuire (engineer).
